Release Manager

Manage end-to-end releases for anti-money laundering technology, including change processes, application risk controls, security patching and enterprise compliance. Coordinate development, project and support teams, address audit and regulatory requests, mitigate governance risks, communicate outages and provide updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end release process for AML technology.
• Oversee application risk controls, security patching and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Respond to audit and regulatory requests and serve as a change-process subject matter expert.
• Coordinate software owners, development teams, project teams and support partners to deliver releases and complete deliverables.
• Monitor application governance risks, coordinate outage communications and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Provide oversight and guidance to team members and coordinate across inshore and offshore teams.
