Job Description

Project Manager – D365

Rate: $55-60/Hr W2

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Mode: 100% Onsite – 5 days per week

Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, managing scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholders across functional, technical, and business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own D365 projects from planning through go-live and support
  • Manage project plans, risks, budgets, and change requests
  • Coordinate integration, data migration, and testing teams
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, UAT, and cutover planning
  • Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years in IT project management, D365 implementations
  • Knowledge of D365 modules, Power Platform, and Azure
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and customizations
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or MS Project
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred

  • PMP / Scrum certification
  • D365 certification

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
