  • Oversee a freelance workforce of up to 500 staff , alongside developing and mentoring in-house Event Managers, staff coordinators and logistics support.
  • Champion team culture , driving engagement, performance, and retention across all event staff
  • Ensure best-in-class safety and quality standards  across every event
  • Operate as a key member of the senior leadership team , reporting directly to the CEO/Chairman
  • Provide strategic insight  to improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in events management , including 2+ years in a senior leadership role

  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and financial accountability
  • calm, resilient leader  who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Passion for building teams, developing people, and improving processes
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Interest in automotive or high-performance vehicles  (highly desirable)

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus
  • Pension contributions
  • Staff discounts on driving experiences and company events
  • Regular company events and team activities
  • A permanent, senior role with clear progression opportunities
  • The chance to work at our brand-new Dunsfold HQ – The Top Gear Track
  • A role within a growing, ambitious, family-run business

Why Join Us?

This isn’t a typical events role. You’ll be at the heart of a unique, high-octane industry, leading large-scale experiences that customers never forget. If you’re ready to take ownership, build exceptional teams, and make a real impact — we want to hear from you.
