Job description

Job Title: HRIS Systems Analyst III
Location: Irvine CA - 92612 (ONSITE)
Duration: Fulltime
Shift: Onsite M-F 8am- 5pm | On-Call Needs: Approximately 10% for critical system support

Years of Experience: Minimum 5+

Important Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Direct Oracle Cloud HCM experience is required, including 5-7 years configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
5-7 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and multiple modules, including Benefits, Compensation, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Absence Management, and HCM Analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI).
Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Asana preferred.

NICE TO HAVE:
Oracle Cloud HCM certification strongly preferred.
