The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues individually and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications, and perform on-site installations.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm systems.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
