The Role

• Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders to identify and implement staffing improvements.
• Assist and advise supervisors on potential issues with the nursing schedule.
• Ensure all employee and contractor files meet regulatory standards.
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute nursing schedules in a timely and efficient manner.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in staffing or scheduling, ideally within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
