Job description

Aquent is partnering with a globally recognized leader in the beauty and personal care industry, a company celebrated for its iconic brands and commitment to digital innovation. This organization is at the forefront of creating exceptional digital experiences that connect with millions of consumers worldwide, constantly pushing boundaries in mobile, web, and virtual services.

Are you a visionary digital product leader ready to shape the future of digital experiences for a globally recognized brand? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to drive the evolution of our mobile app, localize cutting-edge digital services, and enhance our web presence across multiple iconic brands. This is your chance to make a tangible impact, sitting at the nexus of marketing, creative, and technology, transforming business goals into seamless digital realities that delight millions of users worldwide. You will be instrumental in delivering best-in-class digital products that resonate across diverse international markets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the development, optimization, and daily operations of a best-in-class mobile app experience, ensuring seamless content updates, version releases, and quality assurance.
  • Lead the global localization and activation of digital tools and virtual services, adapting them for international markets across AMER, EMEA, and SAPMENA regions.
  • Oversee continuous website enhancements, managing the backlog, bug-fix pipeline, and coordinating technical support for smooth, scheduled rollouts.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of digital delivery, from initial business requirements and UX wireframes through creative production, QA testing, and live release.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing, creative, and engineering teams, as well as external agency partners and global stakeholders, to translate strategic business goals into clear technical roadmaps and high-impact digital activations.
  • Build and manage end-to-end project schedules, meticulously tracking milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and deliverables for multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Synthesize app, web, and service adoption metrics from analytics platforms into actionable insights, directly informing future roadmap priorities and UX improvements.

What You’ll Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital project management, digital marketing, or website/app operations.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Technical & CMS Acumen:

    • Demonstrated familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)—direct experience with Sitecore and/or Amplience preferred.
    • Experience logging, triaging, and tracking technical issues via tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
    • Solid conceptual understanding of website and app backends (APIs, feeds, system integrations, catalog architecture) without requiring coding ability.
  • Delivery & Lifecycle Fluency: Proven track record guiding digital assets through the full project lifecycle: business requirements gathering → wireframing/UX review → creative production → QA testing → post-launch support.

  • Analytical Capability: Solid proficiency with Google Analytics or similar web/app measurement suites, with the ability to turn analytics into concrete site improvements.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to distill technical complexities into straightforward updates for brand marketers and executive leadership.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting multi-market or localized global platform rollouts (AMER, EMEA, SAPMENA).
  • Exposure to digital merchandising, catalog management, or e-commerce workflows.
  • Professional background in or genuine personal passion for the beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or fashion industries.
