• 5-7 years of experience in technology business management, finance, or operational roles
• Experience supporting senior Technology leaders in large, matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently across a broad, complex scope
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Executive‑level communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail, data integrity, and follow‑through
• Sound judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.
• As an IT Business Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner for Technology leadership, supporting financial planning, workforce management, reporting, and governance across the Technology organization
• You will provide the structure, data integrity, and operational discipline required to support effective oversight, prioritization, and execution across a complex technology portfolio
• This role is critical to enabling leadership effectiveness by ensuring financial and workforce information is accurate, timely, and decision‑ready, and by supporting disciplined operating rhythms, clear reporting, and proactive identification of risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs.
