The Role

• Begin your studies in January, April, or October, either on campus or virtually.
• Gain practical experience through internships with nearby partner organizations.
• Deepen your expertise in one of four specialized areas: Childhood Education, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or School-Based Social Work.
• Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented, educational guidance within individual living situations, family life, and child-rearing.
• Gain comprehensive insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, youth welfare services, and educational support.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Meticulousness, a strong sense of responsibility, and discretion.
• Empathy, compassion, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
• Ideally, prior experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work.
