This is a unique opportunity to lead an established analytics function while remaining close to the work. You'll combine people leadership, operational analytics, experimentation, and AI-driven innovation to influence business strategy and improve customer and operational outcomes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Operations Analytics & Insights Lead will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and analytics professionals
• Define analytical priorities and building a structured, value-driven roadmap
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions through insight
• Develop frameworks to measure operational performance and identify inefficiencies
• Deliver hands-on analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical evaluation
• Build scalable reporting and measurement frameworks
• Automate manual processes and improving analytical workflows
• Support AI-enabled operational initiatives, including chatbot and copilot analytics
• Establish trusted metrics, governance, and data quality standards
• Drive a culture of analytical rigour, commercial thinking, and continuous improvement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience leading analytics, data, or insight teams
• Proven people management and stakeholder engagement capability
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work hands-on when required
• Experience developing analytical strategy and influencing senior leadership
• Strong statistical knowledge, including experimentation and significance testing
• Experience translating complex analysis into actionable business recommendations
• A track record of improving processes through automation and data-driven decision-making
• Practical experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance business processes
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, commercially focused environments
