IT Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize the IT stockroom and ensure equipment is properly stored and accounted for.
• Receive incoming IT hardware and verify shipments against packing documentation.
• Process hardware requests and prepare equipment for deployment or distribution.
• Ship equipment to users, vendors, company locations, and repair/disposition facilities.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records in the applicable asset management system.
• Update asset status, location, assignment, and other inventory information.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.

Required Experience:

• Experience with IT Asset Management, IT Inventory, Hardware Logistics, Stockroom, Warehouse, or similar environments.
• Experience handling IT hardware and equipment.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
• Experience maintaining asset/inventory records and tracking equipment.
• Experience performing physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and lifting/moving IT equipment, boxes, and packages, including pallets and larger shipments.
