Certified Nursing Assistant Long Term Care

• Facility: Alexian Village of Tennessee
• Department: Skilled Nursing
• Schedule: Weekends | Full-time

• Provide compassionate hands-on support with daily living, personal care, and mobility.
• Monitor residents closely and promptly report physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff.
• Partner with nurses on clinical procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Approved Local Exception. Approved for OKTUL for local requirement of CNA with a MAT - Medication Administration Technician certification. All other ministries must seek approval to use Approved Local Exception.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preference:

• Experience in a nursing home type facility
