The Role

• Lead the accounting and financial operations of the hospital, including billing, accounts receivable, cash receipts, collections, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reviews, budgets, and required state financial reports.
• Develop and implement plans to enhance operational efficiency in collaboration with hospital leadership.
• Manage and oversee the internal control environment and assist with audits.
• Monitor compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of hospital accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, analysis principles, and techniques.
• Proven experience in financial management and operations, including revenue and expense management.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting (capital and operations) and internal controls.
• Ability to effectively manage and lead a financial team.
