The Role

• Take on demanding responsibilities with high professionalism, adhering to established nursing standards.
• Contribute to the development and establishment of a modern Intermediate Care (IMC) unit, including a CPU area.
• Provide meticulous monitoring and care for patients requiring intensive observation, such as those recovering from cardiac interventions.
• Ensure comprehensive basic and advanced nursing care for all patients.
• Actively participate in the ongoing improvement of nursing processes and workflows.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a Registered Nurse or State-certified Nurse (m/f/d).
• Ideally, possess a specialized qualification in IMC, CPU, or Intensive & Anesthesia Care, or be willing to obtain one.
• Demonstrate independent, structured, and responsible work habits.
• Proficient in using IT systems with a strong technical aptitude.
• Exhibit excellent teamwork, empathy, compassion, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
