- Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage defects through to resolution
- Provide clear reporting on release readiness, testing outcomes and quality risks
- Ensure effective testing of integrations and data flows between internal and third-party systems
- Support the safe adoption of Microsoft Copilot, including testing AI-enabled workflows, outputs and controls
- Oversee the quality of delivery from external technology providers
- Support incident reviews and drive continuous improvement across testing and release processes
- Strong experience in QA or software testing within wealth management, banking or another regulated financial-services environment
- Experience owning or developing a QA and testing strategy
- Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing
- Experience testing customer-facing platforms, APIs, system integrations and data flows

- Good understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience working with third-party technology providers
- Strong understanding of operational risk, information security and data protection
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to business and senior stakeholders
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach, balancing delivery speed, customer experience and risk
