Automotive Sales Consultant

Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll showcase our vehicles, build relationships with customers, and guide them through the buying experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their preferences
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
Stay up to date on vehicle features, specifications, and current inventory
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales and product knowledge
Support the team with additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Basic computer skills for managing customer and sales information
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
