Job description
We are looking for a junior Derivatives associate to join our Asset Management group in DC or NY. Ideal candidate will have some relevant derivatives experience from a bank, law firm, asset manager, or broker-dealer. Experience drafting and negotiating any of the following would be helpful: trading agreements, derivatives documentation, ISDAs, MRAs, GMRAs, MSFTAs, MCAs, prime brokerage agreements, listed options agreements, futures and cleared derivatives/swaps agreements.
Candidate must be licensed to practice law or otherwise eligible for admission in the jurisdiction where they are applying.
The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:
* 1st year: $225,000
* 2nd year: $235,000
* 3rd year: $260,000
* 4th year: $310,000
* 5th year: $365,000
* 6th year: $390,000
* 7th year: $420,000
* 8th year: $435,000
