What You'll Need • Recognized specialist in General Medicine or Internal Medicine with a focus on general practice, holding a valid license to practice. • A dedicated personality with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for patient-centered medicine. • Ability to provide and develop medical care at a high professional level. • Ideally, initial professional experience and knowledge of medical practice workflows and organization. • Team-oriented approach combined with an awareness of individual strengths. • Structured, conscientious, and communicative personality open to new methods, digital tools, and process optimization.
