The Role

• Define and champion cybersecurity principles, standards, and design patterns for multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
• Lead working groups to establish and drive cybersecurity guidelines for product and enterprise architecture.
• Develop secure design patterns that engineering teams can readily adopt and implement.
• Provide complex analysis of security risks and propose innovative, pragmatic solutions.
• Collaborate with development, delivery, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of security into processes.
• Participate in incident response to identify vulnerabilities and enhance future threat prevention.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
• Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and services, alongside on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity and technology architectures (e.g., zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, containers).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and deploying solutions in large organizations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST) and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security policies to diverse stakeholders.
