Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and platform reliability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, containerization, monitoring, and DevOps best practices to support enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and release automation.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Automate operational processes, configuration management, and system provisioning.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and reliability using observability tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Implement security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and operational costs.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or container orchestration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Groovy.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with Git-based source control management.
• Knowledge of networking, security, load balancing, and microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.) are highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure deployments.
• Exposure to FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
