HR Business Partner (Change Management) Fully remote 350 - 400 per day Outside IR35 3 month contract
My client, a purpose-driven and growing organisation, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team for a 90-day period.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial HR experience who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and supporting organisational change, culture and business development.
Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead and support organisational and cultural change programmes
• Provide expert HR advice and constructive challenge on complex people matters
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement and organisational development
• Coach and develop managers and senior leaders
• Identify and manage people-related risks, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
• Work collaboratively with the wider P&C team to deliver an effective HR service

Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a commercial environment
• Strong organisational change and transformation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on employee experience
• Confident coaching and advising senior leaders

Package

• 350 - 400 per day Outside IR35
• 35-hour working week
