• *The Role**
• Actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers within an assigned territory.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation.
• Spend a minimum of 80% of time engaging with customers, independently or with support.
• Promptly review and process all incoming rental leads within 24 hours of receipt.
• Build relationships with re-rental partners to increase department revenue.
• Monitor fleet usage and time/territory management to achieve rental department goals.

• *What You'll Need**
• Proven sales experience, with a preference for the heavy equipment industry.
• Knowledge and experience in heavy equipment is preferred; John Deere experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with equipment rentals is ideal.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
