Regions Content and Website Operations Consultant with Publishing

 

Regions Content & Website Coordinator 

We are looking for a contractor with experience in:

  • Website content migration and content operations
  • Content inventory and audit activities
  • CMS publishing and page configuration
  • Content governance and process documentation
  • Accessibility and QA reviews (WCAG)
  • Stakeholder coordination and project tracking
  • Information architecture and content organization
  • Process improvement and SOP creation
  • Strong written communication and documentation

 

The primary focus will be launching the remaining eight Region Board websites in 2026, including content audits, migration planning, content preparation, content publishing, accessibility reviews, stakeholder coordination, launch support, and migration tracking. A secondary focus will be supporting eight Regional Meeting informational websites for 2027 meetings. 

 

Preferred (nice-to-have) skills include site configuration and template setup within established website platforms, as well as the ability to populate finalized content directly into approved templates.

 

The contractor will require access to SharePoint, Slack, Word, Style Guide resources, Asana, and AEM.

 

Key deliverables include:

  • Launch of 8 Region Board websites
  • Launch of 8 Regional Meeting informational websites (V1)
  • Content inventories and migration tracking documentation
  • Accessibility and QA review reports
  • Launch readiness checklists
  • Governance, workflow, and SOP documentation to support long-term website operations and maintenance

 

The goal of this temporary position and deliverables are to establish a repeatable governance model, reduce implementation burden on DPX staff, and create clear ownership, publishing, and maintenance processes for future websites.
