We are seeking skilled roadside technicians to join a leading automotive assistance organization renowned for its extensive history and commitment to keeping UK drivers moving. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential breakdown support and expert repairs, making a tangible difference to members' journeys.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for breakdown incidents.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding.
• Work independently, starting and finishing your shift from your home driveway.
• Embrace a fast-paced and varied role with new challenges on the road daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound judgments.
