Project Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

A Kforce retail client in Dublin, CA is currently looking for a Project Analyst for a 3-month contract that is fully onsite. The candidate must work PST hours. This role will support retail security operations by monitoring alarms and CCTV footage and assisting with basic operational and administrative activities.

Duties

• Project Analyst will review and respond to CCTV alarms and security-related events
• Navigate and review recorded CCTV footage and camera angles
• Perform basic spreadsheet data entry and auditing activities
• Support security guard management and auditing processes
• As a Project Analyst, you will follow established procedures and escalate findings appropriately
• Learn and utilize a primary operational/security tool
• Provide additional corporate security desk coverage as needed

Available Shifts:

• Swing Shift - 2:30pm-11:00pm
• First Week - Monday-Friday
• Regular Schedule - Either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
• Overnight -10:00pm-6:30am
• Wednesday-Sunday

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-4 years of retail, asset protection, loss prevention, CCTV monitoring, alarm monitoring, security dispatch, GSOC, or related experience
• Retail store experience required
• Retail asset protection or loss prevention experience required
• Comfortable monitoring CCTV footage and alarms for extended periods
• Basic computer, spreadsheet, and data-entry skills
• Strong verbal communication and ability to follow multi-step instructions
• Dependable and able to commit to the full temporary assignment
• Ability to learn straightforward security/CCTV applications
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin, CA five days per week
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
