Mid-level analyst/developer role — genomics domain knowledge + coding (R/Python) +HPC/cloud is the core ask; regulatory and ML experience are bonuses, not requirements.

Role: Analyze assay/software data and build new algorithms & software modules for Exact Sciences' platforms. Partner with Product Development on study design, requirements, and analysis.

Core Responsibilities

• Run bioinformatics analyses; document requirements & findings
• Build/integrate software modules into pipelines
• Manage data in HPC/cloud environments
• Automate analyses; support publications/conferences
• Identify data trends; collaborate cross-functionally

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's in CS/SE/related field, 4+ yrs experience
• Linux HPC/cloud experience
• Coding ability (any language)
• JIRA/Smartsheet experience
• Molecular biology/NGS/genomics knowledge
• Stats knowledge (R or JMP)
• MS Office proficiency
• US work authorization (no sponsorship)

Nice-to-Haves

• PhD/Masters, 6+ yrs experience
• FDA-regulated/medical device experience
• ML, computer vision, or image analysis in biomedical settings
• GMP/ISO biotech manufacturing exposure
• LIMS familiarity, clinical/diagnostic test dev
• PDP or Cancer Genomics experience
