Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, integrations, and Salesforce development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex classes, triggers, and batch Apex.
  • Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes.
  • Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with external applications.
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
  • Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud based on project requirements.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Manage deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), change sets, and CI/CD tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
  • Follow Salesforce security, coding standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Apex Triggers, and asynchronous Apex.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks and code coverage requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
  • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and integration security.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certification.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
