Job Description

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Branch Specialist Technical Support professional to deliver front-line technical assistance to branch and store teams across our manufacturing-focused network. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, support POS and inventory systems, and coordinate escalations with IT and operations. You'll document incidents, train users on best practices, and help ensure uptime for critical store technologies. You'll work in a safety- and integrity-driven culture with strong training, growth opportunities, and clear career paths across our global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to branches and stores for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support and troubleshoot POS, inventory, and other store systems to minimize downtime
  • Log, track, and document all incidents and service requests in ticketing systems
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT or operations teams and follow through to resolution
  • Assist with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance at branch locations
  • Train branch staff on basic technology use, system best practices, and incident reporting
  • Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to support technology needs and initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to Sherwin-Williams safety, security, and data integrity standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as required
