Job Description

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Program Manager
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred)
Duration:  Long Term Contract
 
Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative for a leading Life Insurance client in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise SAP S/4HANA programs, driving business transformation, and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program
  • Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, and executive communications
  • Manage cross-functional business, technology, and vendor teams
  • Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and SAP solution delivery
  • Oversee system integrators and third-party partners
  • Manage budgets, schedules, dependencies, and resource planning
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting
  • Support organizational change management and business adoption activities
  • Ensure successful deployment and post-go-live stabilization
Required Qualifications:
  • SAP S/4HANA Program Management experience
  • Strong background leading large-scale transformation programs
  • Experience within the Life Insurance or broader Insurance domain
  • Expertise in program governance, PMO leadership, and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing complex SAP implementations and migrations
  • Strong vendor and system integrator management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certifications
  • Consulting background with enterprise transformation experience
  • Experience delivering business process transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Candidate Profile:
  • Senior SAP S/4HANA Program Manager
  • Strong Life Insurance domain expertise
  • Proven leadership in enterprise-scale transformation programs
  • Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills
