We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Medical Assistant to support our busy internal diagnostics department. This role is crucial in streamlining patient flow, coordinating essential processes, and serving as a vital communication link between the medical team and patients within a leading hospital located on the Baltic Sea coast.

The Role

• Manage the comprehensive patient admission process, including administrative tasks, vital sign recording, and basic diagnostic measures like ECG.
• Independently handle all patient-related administrative duties with structure and efficiency.
• Proactively coordinate patient movements within the department to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize resources and materials efficiently with a focus on economic aspects.
• Collaborate effectively with all interdisciplinary teams and professional groups.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent 3-year vocational training.
• Proven ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Strong team player with a service-oriented attitude and assertiveness.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturday morning duty every two weeks.
