About the Role

A labor and employment law practice is seeking an experienced healthcare regulatory partner to grow its specialized legal services in Denver. The role offers an opportunity to develop a practice with autonomy and collaborate across a national network.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters within a labor and employment law practice.

• Develop and grow a legal practice through client relationships and business development.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support client needs and identify opportunities to work together.

What We're Looking For

• 10 or more years of experience practicing labor and employment law, with a focus on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.

• A Juris Doctor degree and experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• A portable book of business of approximately $1 million.

• Authorization to work in the United States as a citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Based in Denver or willing to relocate there.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. The compensation structure is described as competitive.
