Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud & Experience Cloud

Job Description

We're seeking a Salesforce Developer to own solution design and deliver hands-on development across the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. This role partners with product owners, architects, and admins to translate business needs into scalable solutions, deliver high-quality code and configuration, and support DevOps/CI-CD practices. Both Senior and Junior candidates are being considered — rate is based on experience level.

Responsibilities

•      Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

•      Translate business requirements into technical designs in partnership with product owners and architects

•      Deliver high-quality Apex, LWC, and configuration-based solutions

•      Support DevOps/CI-CD practices for development and deployment

•      Explain technical tradeoffs and influence design decisions with stakeholders

Required Skills

•      3+ years of Salesforce development experience

•      Strong Service Cloud and Experience Cloud experience

•      Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL

•      Async patterns and governor-limit-aware design

•      Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and scalable data modeling

•      Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD: Git workflows, Salesforce DX, automated testing, deployment automation (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)

•      Strong communication skills

Preferred

•      Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application/Integration Architect
