Pega System Analyst (Healthcare)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems analysis, or functional analysis, preferably with Pega implementations.

• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC/Pega Platform, case management, workflow automation, and business process management.

• Experience working on healthcare payer, provider, health insurance, or healthcare administration projects.

• Knowledge of healthcare processes such as claims adjudication, member enrollment, eligibility verification, prior authorization, benefits administration, and provider data management.

• Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Pega developers, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers.

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and implementation activities.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements.

• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
