RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Irving, TX.
Duties
- Product Manager will collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver enterprise solutions that improve operations, data management, compliance, and system integration
- Gather business requirements and translate them into product roadmaps, user stories, and prioritized initiatives
- Lead the planning, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of applications, integrations, and workflows
- As a Product Manager, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project delivery, user adoption, and operational excellence
- Use data, metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and product enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, business systems, technology solutions, or a related field
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, data platforms, or workflow management solutions
- Experience gathering requirements, managing priorities, and working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
