What You’ll Do

·         Provide compassionate support with day-to-day living activities.

·         Follow individualized care plans with guidance from our experienced team.

·         Document and monitor client progress, behavior, and daily activities.

·         Provide transportation and encourage participation in meaningful activities.

·         Be a trusted, reliable presence in our clients’ lives by helping create safe, supportive days that promote dignity, comfort, and connection.

Current Positions Available

·         Direct Care Workers: Full-time availability for 2nd shift | 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.

• Are flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Have a genuine passion for helping others.

• Are willing to complete a background check and reference verification.

• Are at least 21 years old.
