Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: 100 % Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Client: UST Global / Anthem

DevOps job description:-

Work in complex integration system and help with devops practice

A Strong background of Container platforms and Micro Services.

Extensive experience with Shell, Python Scripts

Experience in Terraform and Ansible

Good understanding and working knowledge on the devops tools like Bamboo, bitbucket, ArgoCD

Good insight on cloud native service like AWS EC2,S3, EKS, API Gateway, IAM, RDS, ELB, etc.,

Work with Configuration management team and Production support team to improve Processes and procedures

Work closely with IT SWAT team to troubleshoot complex issues in Dev/Test/Staging environments to help project teams remove impediments.

Contribute in continuing CI/CD process-improvement efforts.

Work in a time sensitive environment

Will frequently interact with Software Leads and Functional Managers and must possess excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written) to foster a team engaged approach.

The ideal candidate should have experience with the following platforms and technologies:

Atleast 5 years of experience in DevsecOps and 2+ year of cloud working experience

Programming Languages: 2 to 3 years of Shell Scripting, Maven, Python and JavaScript

Server Apps: 3-5 years of experience in atleast one of the container technology like docker swarm, Kubernetes, EKS, Openshift container platform and experience in apache HTTP Server & Nginix

ITIL Processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management, CMDB

OS: Linux, AIX

Excellent documentation and communication skills is a must.

Cloud certification is a plus.
