We value curiosity, celebrate new ideas, and empower you to take ownership of your career while making a meaningful impact for the businesses we serve. If you’re ready to bring your unique perspective to a place where your work truly matters; think of Gallagher.

Overview

You’ll play a key part in keeping the Member Services team organized, responsive, and ready to help. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day member service work, account administration, internal operations, and the records and systems that keep information accurate and easy to find.

You’ll work closely with Member Services Coordinators and organizational leaders to help manage member questions, routine service requests, billing and audit support, and other tasks that help the team serve member districts well. You may also help with meetings, events, and Board-related activities when needed.

  • You’ll help track requests, update records and systems, prepare policy and coverage documents, and coordinate work so it gets to the right place at the right time.
  • You’ll also work closely with Member Services Coordinators and leaders to support member relationships, retention efforts, and team efficiency.
  • When an issue needs more attention, you’ll know when to flag it so it can be addressed quickly.
  • Your work will help create a better experience for members and smoother day-to-day operations for the team.

About You

  • The ability to keep records accurate, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines
  • The ability to notice when an issue needs attention and escalate it at the right time
