Ecommerce Merchandising Strategist

Manage the online product assortment and merchandising for coordinating product launches and third-party product lifecycles. Use sales, inventory and customer data to improve performance, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams, distributors and dealers. This role is based on-site at the Black Creek, Georgia headquarters and requires legal eligibility to possess and handle firearms and ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Manage the online assortment, including adding, featuring and retiring products.
• Merchandise categories and products across the ecommerce site.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, bundle and accessory opportunities.
• Coordinate ecommerce readiness for new product launches and maintain accurate product information.
• Source, onboard and manage third-party products and vendor relationships.
• Analyze sales, inventory and customer data to improve performance and coordinate with internal teams, distributors and dealers.
