Senior Executive Recruiter

As a Project Executive at ilocatum, you will lead complex recruiting engagements for professional, scientific, and technical roles. You'll own client relationships, scope search projects, and manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer acceptance. You will design sourcing strategies, leverage research and tools to build targeted pipelines, and evaluate candidates through structured screening. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, you'll advise on market trends, compensation, and selection. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple executive and professional search projects end-to-end
• Conduct client intakes to define role requirements, timelines, and search strategy
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for specialized talent
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely, high-quality communication
