Job Description

Patient Management Specialist | Rosenheim, Germany | Hybrid

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Management Specialist to join our administrative team within a leading national hospital group. As a family-owned company founded in 1985, we are committed to providing excellent patient care across 17 clinics and 38 day/outpatient facilities. Join a supportive team in Rosenheim and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

The Role

  • Actively participate in central patient management and support organizational and administrative processes.
  • Handle billing for inpatient hospital services under DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines.
  • Provide support to decentralized patient management areas within the group, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Manage patient data and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of patient services.

What You'll Need

  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally possess knowledge of clinic systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
  • Preferably have prior experience in inpatient patient billing.
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Work proactively and structurally, maintaining an overview even in demanding situations.
  • Professional and service-oriented approach when interacting with various stakeholders.
