The Role

• Provide expert nursing care, including assessing patient needs and responding to critical situations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans based on evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, executing medical orders and communicating vital observations.
• Actively participate in and prepare diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Meticulously document patient interventions and outcomes, adapting care plans as necessary.
• Ensure patient safety, supervise trainees, and support clinical study participants.

What You'll Need

• Certified as a Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft) or equivalent.
• A specialization or significant experience in psychiatric nursing is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in the care of psychiatric patients, either in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• For international applicants, proficient German language skills (B2 level) and recognized qualifications are required.
