The Role

• Lead the establishment and development of a specialized neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation unit (Phase B).
• Assume medical leadership responsibilities for the unit in an Oberarzt (senior physician) capacity.
• Foster strong interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in on-call duties to provide continuous support.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Specialist in Neurology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in neurological-neurosurgical early rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated personal commitment, teamwork, and strong empathy.
• Ability to communicate openly and respectfully.
