The Role

• Drive new business development within the commercial electronic security market.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings and tailored presentations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service and account outsourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver custom security solutions.
• Manage a defined sales territory using CRM tools and achieve revenue growth targets.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding high sales quotas.
• Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel across assigned geographic areas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in electronic security sales is highly preferred.
