The Role

• Grow and develop sales and margins for countertop products within an assigned geographic territory.
• Build relationships with current and potential customers, providing product knowledge and training to their personnel.
• Understand market competition and effectively position products to overcome challenges.
• Manage product displays, samples, and selling tools for customer accessibility.
• Analyze customer needs and market information to identify sales potential and opportunities.
• Prepare sales contracts, quote prices, and discuss credit terms with customers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Two (2) plus years of experience in channel distribution sales.
• Minimum of 3 years of related industry experience (natural stone, slab, hard flooring, or countertop sales).
• Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Strong math skills for calculating figures such as discounts, percentages, and volume.
• Ability to determine solutions for customers.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
