- Manage assigned business application implementations and system enhancements, coordinating scope, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder activities. \n
- Ensure projects maintain adequate documentation, timelines, and status reporting throughout their lifecycle. \n
- Lead project meetings, coordinate stakeholders, establish ownership and deadlines, and ensure decisions and follow-up actions are completed. \n
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints; resolve routine barriers and escalate significant concerns with supporting information and recommended next steps. \n
Business Application Analysis and Improvement
\n- \n
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Triple Crown’s business applications, integrations, dependencies, users, and operational use cases. \n
- Understand how teams rely on each application in practice, including critical workflows, business risks, workarounds, adoption challenges, and capability gaps. \n
- Maintain application inventory and roadmap documentation and support leadership in evaluating and prioritizing application investments. \n
- Gather information about application functionality, adoption, cost, integrations, supportability, vendor performance, risks, and business value to support leadership decisions. \n
- Identify application gaps and improvement opportunities, research potential solutions, and prepare recommendations for leadership consideration. \n
- Partner with data, finance, contracts, and other functional teams to confirm that applications and supporting processes remain reliable, effective, and aligned with business requirements. \n
- Identify application-related risks and dependencies and coordinate appropriate mitigation or escalation. \n
Business Partnership and Application Management
\n- \n
- Build trusted working relationships with business leaders, subject-matter experts, and end users across the organization. \n
- Facilitate discovery conversations for assigned projects to understand operational challenges, desired outcomes, existing processes, and business requirements. \n
- Translate business needs into documented requirements, process-improvement opportunities, solution options, and supporting analysis. \n
- Assess how proposed changes will affect teams, workflows, responsibilities, data, and customer or employee experiences. \n
- Gather user feedback and adoption indicators after implementation and coordinate corrective actions when expected outcomes are not being achieved. \n
Vendor Coordination
\n- \n
- Serve as a primary operational contact for business application vendors and maintain productive, accountable vendor relationships. \n
- Participate in recurring vendor meetings and ensure that issues, commitments, decisions, and follow-up actions are documented and resolved. \n
- Monitor vendor performance, support responsiveness, product direction, and adherence to agreed service levels. \n
- Escalate recurring or material vendor issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders. \n
- Support vendor evaluations, demonstrations, reference checks, due diligence, and solution-selection processes. \n
- Develop increasing ownership of pricing, licensing, contract, renewal, and negotiation discussions, with appropriate coaching and organizational support. \n
People Leadership

- Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and workload coordination to the Project Coordinator. \n
- Provide guidance on project planning, stakeholder coordination, documentation, communication, and issue resolution. \n
- Set priorities and manage workload across active projects, escalations that require cross-application or cross-department coordination. \n
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, establish work expectations, provide feedback, and support professional development. \n
- Assign and prioritize work based on organizational needs, project commitments, available capacity, and development opportunities. \n
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. \n

- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing stakeholder priorities. \n
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into implementation plans, process improvements, or technology solutions. \n
- Experience working with business users, technology teams, and external vendors. \n
- Experience providing day-to-day direction, mentoring, or project leadership. \n
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. \n
