Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of Data & AI, Agentic AI, cloud, automation, and application modernization opportunities across Texas and assigned TOLA accounts. Identify, acquire, and develop new enterprise accounts within the assigned territory, industry segments, and named-account portfolio. Develop and execute territory and account plans covering priority industries, target organizations, decision-makers, partners, pipeline targets, and opportunity-development activities.

Position Glorious Insight’s consulting, implementation, modernization, and managed services offerings. Establish relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business leaders, procurement teams, and other senior decision-makers. Lead discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges, technology environments, transformation priorities, and investment plans. Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement through solution development, negotiation, contracting, and closure. Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, account expansion, and long-term managed services.

Inside Sales and Opportunity Progression
Work with the assigned inside sales team to qualify leads, identify decision-makers, schedule client discussions, conduct follow-ups, and progress opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle. Provide the inside sales team with target-account priorities, industry focus areas, campaign inputs, qualification criteria, and messaging guidance. Define clear next steps, responsibilities, timelines, and closure strategies for qualified opportunities.

Coordinate discovery sessions, solution discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and proposal presentations. Maintain consistent engagement with client stakeholders throughout the opportunity lifecycle. Ensure that opportunities, contacts, activities, decision-makers, risks, competitors, and expected closure dates are accurately recorded and monitored. Maintain ownership of opportunity progression, including client follow-ups, internal actions, proposal revisions, negotiations, and movement towards closure.

Translate client business challenges into practical Data & AI, Agentic AI, cloud, and application modernization solutions. Lead and contribute to proposals, presentations, business cases, statements of work, and RFP/RFI responses. Work with technical teams to create solution architectures, solution diagrams, implementation approaches, transformation roadmaps, and delivery plans.

Define project scope, assumptions, dependencies, deliverables, resource requirements, effort estimates, timelines, and commercials. Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, commercially competitive, aligned with client objectives, and deliverable. Review proposals for completeness, accuracy, quality, and compliance before submission. Ensure proposals, estimates, and RFP/RFI responses are completed within agreed timelines. Coordinate demonstrations, proof-of-concept discussions, workshops, and technical presentations.

Manage client clarifications, proposal revisions, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and closure documentation. Sales Governance and Delivery Handover

Achieve agreed revenue, gross-margin, order-booking, pipeline-development, and new-customer acquisition targets. Conduct regular pipeline and opportunity reviews with management, inside sales, presales, and delivery teams.

Ensure proposed scope, timelines, commercials, resource requirements, and sales commitments are realistic and achievable. Document all client commitments, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, commercials, and delivery expectations. Coordinate with sales, presales, delivery, finance, legal, and customer stakeholders throughout the sales process.
