Job Description: Java Developer 

Location: Plano, TX

EXP- 12+ years

• Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, high-throughput backend services using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

• Architecture & Microservices: Build and maintain scalable REST APIs and event-driven microservices.

• Database Management: Write complex, optimized queries and manage integrations with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL databases.

• CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.

• Code Quality & Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito) and participate in thorough peer code reviews.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, UI developers, QA, and system architects in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Requirements

• Core Java: Deep proficiency in Java 8 or higher (OOP concepts, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Stream APIs).

• Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.

• API Development: Proven experience designing and consuming secure RESTful Web Services.

• Database Technologies: Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server) and writing optimized SQL queries.

• Build & Deploy Tools: Experience using Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD pipelines.

• Methodology: Strong experience working within an Agile/Scrum software development framework.

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Experience with messaging queues like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular or React) is a major plus.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical work experience).
