Supply Chain Training and Development Coordinator

As a Supply Chain Academy Coordinator at Walmart, you will support learning programs that build skills for associates across our retail supply chain network. You will coordinate training schedules, manage enrollment and learning systems, track completion and performance metrics, and support facilitators delivering classroom and virtual sessions. You'll partner with operations leaders to identify skill gaps, organize onboarding and upskilling curricula, and maintain training materials. You'll help ensure programs align with Walmart standards, safety practices, and continuous improvement goals in a fast-paced retail distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule supply chain training programs for associates and leaders
• Manage learning management system enrollment, rosters, and completion records
• Support classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning logistics and materials
• Track and report training metrics, feedback, and program effectiveness
• Partner with operations leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs
• Maintain and update learning content aligned to safety and Walmart standards
• Assist facilitators and subject matter experts with session delivery
• Communicate training calendars and opportunities to stakeholders
• Support onboarding programs for new supply chain associates
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes and tools
