Job description

  • Location: Nashville, TN
  • Facility: Ascension St. Thomas Midtown Hospital
  • Department: Real Estate
  • Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week
  • Supports leasing activities, responds to tenant needs, and maintains positive client and tenant relationships.
  • Processes routine accounts receivable/payable items, monitors expenses, and assists with service contracts and renewals.
  • Contributes to annual budgeting, basic financial reporting, and tracking of operating performance.
  • Identifies property issues, coordinates solutions, and ensures consistent delivery of real estate services.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
  • Required Credential(s):
    • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
