Your Role
Lead the Warminster Project Team, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through completion and handover.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and drive delivery against programme milestones.
Manage relationships with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Provide reporting, risk management, financial forecasting and stakeholder management.
Identify future opportunities and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: An industry-recognised qualification in a relevant discipline such as Construction, Civil Engineering or Law, together with a full UK Driving Licence.
Experience: Proven leadership of multidisciplinary construction or FM project teams, contractor and consultant management experience, project planning expertise, and experience within PFI/PPP operational contracts.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build stakeholder relationships and produce high-quality work.
